MONTGOMERY – The Alabama Retail Association has made endorsements in the upcoming primary and special elections.
In advance of the March 1 primary, Alabama Retail Association has made endorsements for the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives and Alabama Supreme Court races. The association also has made an endorsement for today’s general election to fill the House District 5 legislative vacancy.
“The Alabama Retail Association believes these candidates understand the issues retailers face and that, if elected, these individuals will give retailers’ interests a fair hearing,” said Alabama Retail Chairman Ricky Bromberg. The Retail Association closely evaluates each candidate’s record and discusses the ramifications of each race before granting its endorsement. “We are confident these candidates are the best choices for these positions,” said Alabama Retail President Rick Brown.

U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Tuscaloosa (statewide race)
1st District U.S. Rep. Bradley Byrne, R-Mobile
2nd District U.S. Rep. Martha Roby, R-Montgomery
3rd District U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Saks
4th District U.S. Rep. Robert Aderholt, R-Haleyville
