Required Workplace Posters
Federal and state laws require most employers to display workplace notices where employees can easily see them. These notices inform employees of their rights and communicate important employer responsibilities. Required postings vary based on the size and type of business.
As an Alabama Retail Association member, you receive workplace posters at no cost as part of your membership benefits. Comparable poster sets can cost up to $200 from other sources but are yours absolutely FREE from Alabama Retail!
Beware of Workplace Poster Scams
Businesses may receive calls or visits from companies claiming their workplace posters are out of compliance and that they could face hefty fines. Before purchasing posters or providing payment, contact the Alabama Department of Workforce or us to verify your requirements and make sure you are not falling victim to a scam.
