A summary of legislative activity for the Alabama Legislature’s first 2015 special session, the Capitol Retail Report e-newsletter, is now available to read online. The summary includes new laws concerning factor presence nexus, withholding exemptions, a ban on sales tax suppression devices and vehicle drive-out tax collections.
