Besides delivery license reform, two other laws become effective Aug. 1:
- Revisions to pharmacy operating practices under the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy, which creates new licensees and adjusts fee ranges for out-of-state pharmacies; and a
- Ban on over-the-counter eyewear with a minus power or a magnification exceeding +3.5 diopters.
