Customer service is priority, says All American Embroidery owner

Andrew Warnke owns All American Embriodery, an Alabama Retail Association member since 2000.

When Andrew Warnke stood on the sidelines of Jordan Hare Stadium, working for Auburn University as an equipment manager for the Athletics Department, he never knew his job would one day lead him to owning his own embroidery business.

Thanks to frequent team apparel orders from All American Embroidery in Auburn, he struck up a friendship with founders and longtime owners Don and Joe Piazza.

“I just got comfortable with their business over the years, and I got a good idea of what they do,” said Warnke. “When they told me they wanted to sell it, I told them I wanted to buy it.”

In July 2016, Warnke and his wife, Nicole, officially signed the papers to purchase the business. Less than a year later, Warnke says he is proud to carry on the tradition of excellent customer service, but with an expanded inventory.

“I am excited about the opportunity we’ve had to take a business that already has a great reputation and established brand and grow it even more,” he said. “We’ve enjoyed getting creative and finding new ways to customize items, giving customers new reasons to come in and shop.”

All American Embroidery specializes in personalized gifts, apparel and accessories for adults and children, including monogramming, embroidery, etching and engraving. It also carries a large selection of officially licensed Auburn University apparel.

“As an Auburn graduate, and now living in this community,  I enjoy getting to know our customers on a one-on-one basis. People enjoy getting to shop in a place that they can get to know the people who work there. It gives you a good, community feeling.”

You can visit All American Embroidery at 752 East Glenn Avenue in Auburn. It’s open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
