New Agency Portal Now Available

ARC’s new agency portal is now available. You can visit the portal from the blue “Agent Login” button at the top of this site.

We are currently in the process of rolling out usernames and password to users of the old portal. If you used the old ARC agency portal, you will receive an email with your new username and a link to set your new password soon.

If you do not currently have access to the agency portal, you can email us at support@alabamaretail.org and a username will be set up for you.

What is Alabama Retail Comp?

The greatest benefit of Alabama Retail Association membership is the workers’ compensation coverage you can choose to take advantage of through the association’s affiliate, Alabama Retail Comp.

In 1984, the association formed the Alabama Retail Association Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance Fund, now known as Alabama Retail Comp. ARC provides cost-effective coverage, up-front discounts, interest-free quarterly contribution payments and expert claims handling. What’s more, you may get money back each year, since any unused contributions as well as investment income are passed on to participants in the form of a retrospective return.
