Instead of paying with cash, check, or credit card, consumers now have the option of mobile payment. Mobile payment, also referred to as mobile money, mobile money transfer, and mobile wallet generally refer to payment services operated from or via a mobile device. A consumer can purchase a wide range of services and digital or hard goods just by bringing his or her phone into the store.
